Sean began his banking career in 1986 and worked his way up to senior vice president with a regional bank in St. Louis before joining TheBANK of Edwardsville in 2015.

I came to work for TheBANK because of the quality of the people at every level of the organization. We are devoted to the success of our clients as well as fellow employees. I wanted the opportunity to be part of a team at a quality locally-owned financial institution that provides the highest value for customers and employees.

My personal success is a high level of professional achievement, quality inter-personal relationships and strong work-life balance. In working with my clients, success is being a part of a client’s professional team – being an integral part of their ongoing business, enabling them to achieve financial success for themselves, their stakeholders, the community in which they serve, their customer satisfaction along with their employees’ financial welfare.

I believe in helping a client above and beyond their expectations, as a full-service financial provider through a high level of service while providing value-added resources. When a client finds enough value and trust in me that they refer me to a colleague, other professional relationship or family member for their financial needs, I find it most rewarding.
