Meddie has been in the mortgage industry since 2003. He has experience in loan origination as well as sales and underwriting management.
I have worked for some of the largest corporations and banking institutions in the U.S., but working for a local hometown bank is the right fit for me. I am amazed by the variety of mortgage products TheBANK has to offer. We have all of the standard products most banks offer, but also several exceptional portfolio products that are very unique in the industry.
I love to listen to my clients. I like to have a firm understanding of my client’s current situation and what their goals are. I earn my client’s trust by making sure they thoroughly understand our process and what their options are—and are satisfied with the final outcome. Success is the outcome of hard work and focus—a successful outcome is when I have earned a client’s trust.
It is very rewarding to find just the right mortgage product for a client. With so many options to choose from, finding the right product takes a good understanding of the client and their goals. I have a background in underwriting and that gives me the ability to explain the back-office mortgage process as well as the “why” behind any additional documents that might be requested.
People might be surprised to hear my legal name, “Meddie,” is a shortened/American version of the name Amadeus, as in Mozart Amadeus.
