Donise began her career in the banking industry in 1976 and joined TheBANK in 1993.
I love working with people. This position gives me the opportunity to meet so many people and learn about them and their businesses. Every day is different. And the people I work with at theBANK are kind and generous. I’ve made some very good friends over the years.
Providing excellent customer service to my clients is so important. My clients know that they can call me with a question about anything and I will find an answer for them. I strive to exceed my client’s expectations. Each client is unique, so their needs are all different. Providing a solution specifically for them, to help them be successful, is my goal. I listen to my clients and find out what their needs are, then find a way to make them happen.
Having our own processing center allows us the flexibility to add services or tweak existing processes to work for our clients.
Our clients are busy running their businesses and aren’t always aware of new services that are available to them. Bringing new ideas and services to their attention and educating them on protecting their information from fraudulent activity is my extra step.
